ASPECT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
GRANGE ROOFING AND PROPERTY REFUBISIIMENT.
I have engaged the above company on a number of projects since I joined the above Company three years ago. They have won work on a competitive tender basis the largest being Primrose Mansions at Prince of Wales Drive, London, SW 11 valued at approximately f:300k for external repairs and redeco.rations to the front and side elevations. They have carried out other contracts at a lesser value and at present arc tendering for another exterior refurbishment in SW I estimated value £200k.
I have found them well organised, carry out works to a high standard, on time and to the contract sum. I have had no problems in -finalising the final account and had very few complaints from residents.
They tender for me on a regular basis for exterior refurbishment especially if there is roofing or lead working involved.
GROSS FINE
We employed Grange to work on the two blocks that make up Shepton Houses between the summer of 2003 and the end of the year. We are very pleased with the appearance of the blocks.
The work was finished on time. The liaison with residents was excellent. There was minimal disruption to the daily life of the residents. The two foremen on the job were exemplary in their customer care, a fact that was commented on by many of the residents.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to another customer.
