Eton Place, Belgravia

This property required a new roof of Welsh slate and exterior re-decoration to the front and rear of the property. New lead was fitted to box gutters, cornices and window heads at the front of the property and asphalt covering was applied to the portico and rear balconies.

The masonry was renovated by carefully removing and renewing the paint. The wooden window and door frames, were protected with an oil-based paint, which ensured the protection of the wood and provided an impressive finish to the building.
