Asphalt coverings were applied to the main roofs and penthouse balconies. The balconies were then finished with paving slabs and promenade tiles.

Because Grange is able to undertake the whole roof-top process, from the roof construction to the safety balustrades, the project is easily monitored, controlled and supervised by the property developer or architect.
